Collectively Bridge Builder Strategies has over 50 years of non-profit, sales, marketing, and leadership experience and is supported by a vast network of board members and advisors. We are future focused and believe in both recruiting and developing a diverse array of top talent.
Our Leadership
Bridge Builders Strategies is led by our founder and CEO, Mike Simmons. He is supported by our board of directors, advisory committee, and a leadership team comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Dr. Mike Simmons is an industry-leading executive with a profound commitment to transforming communities through visionary strategies. With a wealth of experience in diverse roles, he's known for his unique ability to connect stakeholders, foster collaboration, and drive data-informed program design and implementation.
A renowned expert in the pharmaceutical industry and an accomplished educator, Dr. Simmons holds a DBA in Marketing from Kennesaw State University and an MBA in Leadership from Butler University. His visionary leadership at Bridge Builder Strategies amplifies and accelerates the value created by nonprofits, funders, and municipalities, utilizing practical, action-oriented approaches.
Driven by collaboration and data insights, his mission is to empower partners, unlock potential, and foster lasting positive change. Dr. Simmons' is committed to creating measurable impact and guiding organizations toward a brighter future.
