Strategically Growing Programs

The Noble School was founded in September of 1953 after its founders united behind a common goal of providing education to children with disabilities. Over the years, the organization has evolved to meet the changing needs of the people they serve. Today, Noble empowers 3,700+ children & adults with disabilities in Central and Eastern Indiana through a variety of supports each year.

Our project with Noble centered around developing and expanding their NEWS program. The NEWS program is a great employment option for individuals with disabilities in which Noble partners with a corporate partner such as Eli Lilly. We worked to develop strategies for the program, identify and develop partnerships, and build the infrastructure so that the program could expand. Our work culminated in a full business model for their NEWS program and a new curriculum that ties all of their employment services together in a comprehensive program.
