The AGE-u-cate training institute was established to help improve the complex challenges that are encountered when dealing with aging. AGE-u-cate aims to impact people, organizations, and communities with powerful dementia training, innovative life engagement solutions and dynamic partner collaborations.
AGE-u-cate has developed products and training materials to help spread their mission of improving dementia care. Our project with AGE-u-cate centered around three major areas including market analysis, product development, and marketing strategy development. We began with a market analysis that focused on assessing the market, characterizing the market, and prioritizing market segments. This market analysis allowed us to identify points of parity and points of differentiation, identify user requirements and product attributes, and identify market requirements.
After conducting our market analysis, we began to ideate, plan, and prototype for AGE-u-cate product enhancements. This phase of the project began with an initial ideation workshop before moving profiling and analyzing AGE-u-cate's Dementia Live and complimentary products. We created updated value propositions and updated product profiles for product enhancements and complimentary products.
The final portion of the project involved Bridge Builder Strategies updating AGE-u-cate's marketing plan and strategy. This updated marketing plan included messaging, strategy, communication, and implementation tactics. Our final marketing plan also included a product roadmap and a launch roadmap with a budget and timeline. Lastly, Bridge Builder Strategies supported the launch and implementation of the products and strategy.
